Welcoming New Partners: Cobb County School District and Nicholls Police Department Implement Public Safety Software Solutions in Georgia

We are thrilled to announce two new partnerships in the state of Georgia! Both the Cobb County School District and the Nicholls Police Department have chosen to implement SmartCOP's advanced public safety software solutions.

We are excited to announce that two new Georgia-based agencies, Cobb County School District and Nicholls Police Department, have joined the SmartCOP family.

Both organizations implemented our public safety software solutions in Georgia in July, further enhancing their ability to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure public safety.

Cobb County School District

As one of the largest school districts in Georgia, Cobb County School District took a significant step forward by implementing three of our key software products:

  1. SmartAdmin – Provides comprehensive system management tools to streamline administrative tasks.
  2. SmartRMS – Our Records Management System allows for centralized data collection and reporting, ensuring all critical information is easily accessible. They also included the SmartEvidence module, which allows greater traceability. 

These public safety software solutions will help the Cobb County School District enhance safety and operational efficiency across the district, offering a more secure environment for students and staff.

Nicholls Police Department

Nicholls Police Department, also located in Georgia, has implemented several of our powerful public safety software solutions to improve daily law enforcement operations:

  1. SmartMCT – Our Mobile Communication Terminal enhances communication between dispatchers and officers in the field, ensuring real-time updates.
  2. SmartRMS – This essential tool enables the department to efficiently manage and analyze reports, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
  3. SmartAdmin – Offers effective administrative capabilities to manage the department’s systems and operations.
