SmartCOP, Inc.1 is pleased to welcome the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office as a new agency joining our growing list of customers in Northeast Alabama. Located in Fort Payne Alabama, DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office serves approximately 72,000 citizens.

The upcoming implementation of SmartCAD, SmartRMS, and JailTracker will provide the necessary tools to keep the county safe while reducing paperwork for officers and enabling them to become more efficient.

SmartCOP, Inc.1 is pleased to announce the Gilchrist County Sheriff’s Office is now LIVE on the SmartCOP System for CAD, RMS, and MCTs. Accomplished in less than three (3) months – from contract signing to implementation and Go Live, it signifies an enormous benefit for the County. They may now submit Florida UCR Reports to meet state requirements, which the legacy system prevented.
