SmartCOP’s mobile software, provides deployed personnel with full system access from their laptops, phones, and tablets. However, with the Chief360 partnership, specialized tools unique to fire and EMS are now available.
SmartCOP’s Computer Aided Dispatch(SmartCAD) system integrates with Chief360’s Chief Mobile App to provide alerts and notifications to responding fire and EMS units. Once the app receives an alert, a push notification will display on the device that provides detailed information about the incident, such as call for service location, knox box information, notes and medical information, hydrant locations, crew makeup, responding status, as well as mapping and turn by turn directions.
