State of Kansas and Kansas Highway Patrol Choose the SmartCOP Solution!

PENSACOLA, FL — SmartCOP, Inc., a public safety software market leader, has been awarded a contract with the State of Kansas and the Kansas Highway Patrol. SmartCOP will provide an enterprise wide computer aided dispatch, law enforcement records management system tailored to the specific needs of Kansas public safety agencies. The award follows a competitive bid process in which officials selected SmartCOP over several other well-known national companies.

This is a state contract meaning that any public agency in the state can utilize the contract to acquire our public safety software.” Key requirements included a proven technology base, ease of use, reports and processes specific to highway patrol and state police, accuracy and quality of data collected, and features to support the analysis of collected data.
The announcement represents another step forward for SmartCOP, which has a long-standing presence with other satisfied State clients including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Colorado and Tennessee. Additionally, SmartCOP systems are in place with numerous municipal and county public safety agencies.
