Features in this release for Android users include:
- Officers have the ability to assign themselves to a call, make status changes, and route to the call.
- Officer’s AVL is transmitted back to the CAD system.
- View all active incidents and specific incident details. CAD information is automatically updated in SmartMOBILE when a change is made by a dispatcher in SmartCAD or by an officer in SmartMCT CAD.
- View real-time maps to quickly view the location of current calls, look up call detail, unit status, or route to a CAD incident.
- View all units currently on-duty in SmartCAD and specific unit details. Users can easily locate a unit on the map from the active AVL link.
