FDLE FIBRS Certification Requirements:
We wanted to take the time to update our customer base on where things stand regarding FIBRS submission. FDLE has certified SmartCOP’s FIBRS submission. The next step in the process is to have all customers submit agency specific files to FDLE for agency certification. To accomplish this task, SmartCOP will need the following information from all customers:
FDLE FIBRS Certification Requirements:
Agency POC Name
POC Email Address
POC Contact Phone Number
FDLE Assigned Username for test submission
FLDE Assigned Password for test submission (sent in a separate email or delivered via phone)
Agency ORI
Number of UCR reportable Arrest in 2020

SmartCOP Software requirement to support FIBRS submission:
All agencies must:
- Transition to Incident and Charge Report. Agencies currently using Incident and Charge satisfies this requirement. Customer utilizing Legacy Offense and Arrest will have to transition.
- Utilize MobileForms 10.2.4 and NIBRS 1.11.0.
- Complete Offense and Arrest data conversion. This only applies to customers that have used our Legacy Offense and Arrest products.
