SmartCOP Support FAQ – How to Change Your Password

SmartCOP ensures customer safety while logging into SmartMCT. It is important to frequently change your password on all networks. This is easily completed through SmartMCT.

Resetting Password:

  1. In MCT- Enter Username
  2. Click “Forgot Password”
  3. Check Email for temporary password
  4. Change Password on next login

For future logins, you will not utilize your new password. This easy process should be practice every three months for best security procedures.
