The SC FBINAA Chapter Spring Training Conference took place on March 12th and 13th, at the Marriott Grande Dunes Resort in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC. SmartCOP’s Sales rep, John Jolin, attended and participated during these training, experiencing the latest police equipment, services, and technology that Vendors had to offer. As a vendor at the conference, SmartCOP was able to strengthen our relationships with current clients and prospect by demonstrating to them how we will enhance and streamline their daily activities. Our modern fully integrated solution would enhance their CAD, RMS, JMS, and Mobile software needs.
Unlike other conferences, the SC FBINAA was unique in that the vendors were able to attend the training with the conference attendees. John had the honor of sitting in on two trainings, that allowed him to experience all the conference had to offer. The first speaker was Scott Driscoll, with Internet Safety Concepts. Scott dove into today’s technology and social media, and how to protect our family and communities with knowledge of being fully involved. The second was Captain Vick Nedoma, with Wooster PD, who told a powerful story of Officer safety and the courage to overcome. John highly recommends attending these events and hearing these two speakers.
SmartCOP had an exciting giveaway, John held a contest for a Sony wireless and waterproof bluetooth speaker. We would like to congratulate Investigator Rodney Sarvis with the Costal Carolina university for winning this random drawing.
