” The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, serving the Florida Keys, has been a customer of CTS/SmartCOP for about 20 years – Beginning the conversion from an antiquated COBOL based system to the robust software suite that CTS/SmartCOP offered in 1999. Our agency was primarily interested in the Computer Aided Dispatch program, which was brought online in early 2000, then the other modules soon followed.
The support offered throughout the many phases of implementation made for an easy transition as most of the CTS/SmartCOP software engineers had law enforcement experience. From training, through implementation they were here for us. The systems are solid, intuitive, easy to use and the work flows from one module to another. Data collected in SmartCAD is linked to the Offense system which is linked to the Arrest system and the on to the Jail system and all the systems in between. We are genuinely happy with the product line and will continue to be customers for many years to come. “
